I am pleased to announce that I will reopen my kitchen for cooking classes beginning October 1st, 2020.
The virus is still circulating in Tokyo so I will only take individual participants or families that live together in each class. Please rest assured I will not mix different groups of people. In either case, the group lesson fee will apply. I will not charge the private lesson fee until I can accommodate different groups of people in one class.
The windows will be kept open during lessons. If you feel hot, I can turn on the AC.
Upon arrival at the class, I will measure each guest's temperature. If it is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, the class will be cancelled. I recommend that you measure your temperature before your arrival. Nariko's Kitchen will charge 2,000 yen per person as a cancellation fee (to cover the costs of ingredients) if one of the guests' temperature is above 37.5. General cancellation policies continue to apply (please see the website for further details).
During class, I ask my guests to:
-wear a mask during lessons.
-spray and wash their hands.
In the past few months, I've had the opportunity to make new recipes that I will be happy to share with you. Those available on this website are just some of them. Please let me know if you have any requests!
I hope to see you all soon,
Thank you for visiting Nariko’s Kitchen, a Japanese cooking class in Tokyo.
