Sushi Class


   10am - 1:30pm

You will learn three types of sushi, Nigiri-sushi, Gunkan and Roll-sushi. 

You will also learn how to make sushi rice and some great tips to make it easy and beautiful.

Note : The fish we use on the day differs according to season and availability at the market.

Dashimaki-tamago (Egg roll with dashi) 

In Japanese... Dashi=Stock, Maki=Roll, Tamago=Egg

This dashimaki-tamago is fluffy and juicy,

and it is a very popular dish in my class.

This dish can be used for sushi or just eaten as it is. 

Many of my students who attended this class buy a square pan

after the class to make it at home.

Miso soup

Miso is made by fermenting soybeans and it has a lot of health benefits.

Miso soup comes in many varieties and it is something we eat every day.

You can basically put any vegetables in it.
